This job is based in our lovely downtown Washington, DC office.

Junior Project Manager

Do you have a healthy obsession with being organized? Do you have items in your inbox colored coded and labeled? Then this position is for you. In this role you will be an active member of our project management team. You will manage projects that include website development, social media management, video and graphic design.  As a part of this position, you will provide the following.

Project Expectations

  • Performing as project manager on our small Social Driver client projects to ensure projects are on task.  
  • Speaking directly with clients and coordinating with project team members.
  • Leading client check-in meetings and internal allocation meetings for small client projects.  
  • Managing current project budgets.
  • Managing team allocation.
  • Creating work orders and project briefs.

Communication and Teamwork

  • Listens to others and accepts input from fellow team members.  
  • Clearly articulates ideas and thoughts/recommendations verbally, and in writing.
  • Prepares well written business correspondence that are coherent, grammatically correct, effective and professional.

Skill/Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s Degree.  
  • Strong organizational skills and process oriented.  
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Able to work independently and with a team.  
  • Strong written communications.
  • Experience with G Suite (Google).
  • Experience with Excel and Word applications.

Bonus Points

  • Experience with iWork applications (Pages, Keynote, Numbers).
