About this position:
In this role, you will serve as the finance administrator and will work directly with the Vice President of Operations to administer accounts payable, receivable and collections. As well as inputting financial data, processing payments and making deposits. You will process new billings based on work orders and work authorizations. Weekly, you will track timesheets and invoice for our time and materials work. You will also input and process payroll and administer our 401k database. You will ensure that payroll changes are tracked throughout the year and reflected accurately so that there are absolutely no mistakes. You will be part of a team that oversees all internal operations at Social Driver and customer success. We call ourselves the Performance Team combining internal operations, finance, project management and customer service. It is at the heart of all of our services at Social driver.
This role is based in Washington, DC.
