Client projects at Social Driver are delivered as a cross-functional organization. We divide our delivery among multiple teams, each with expert-level focus, including teams focused on sales, social media management, graphic design and video production, content writing, advertising, user experience, and website development. For each client, the Project Management Team works together to serve as the main point of contact, draft project management plans, lead regular check-in calls, schedule and assign tasks to other internal teams, process scopes of work in coordination with sales and finance, report on project statuses and budgets, adjust project plans, and, importantly, ensure that each client has an exceptional customer experience while working with Social Driver.
