About this position: 


In this role, you will serve as the project manager on the Sales and New Business teams to manage our new deals process and administer our sales databases. You will receive inbound requests, promptly reply to them and queue them up for processing. You will administer the sales and contracts queue through our project management system Asana, inputting tasks and making sure those same tasks are updated and completed. No task will be left behind! You will ensure that all RFPs and new sales requests are meticulously tracked so that there are absolutely no mistakes or any missing items. 


You will be part of a team that oversees all new clients and sales at Social Driver. This team combines sales, new business and existing business and is the first interaction a client has with Social Driver. 


As a part of this position you will:


  • Reply to and process new inbound leads that go to the sales team email inbox
  • Reply to and process new inbound leads via the Webform on our website
  • Enter data into our sales CRM Pipedrive
  • Set up folders in Google Drive and move relevant files into the folder
  • Administer a new deal or RFP  through the sales queue, this includes but is not limited to: 
    • Adding the new deal to Asana, our Project Management System
    • Assigning tasks associated with that deal from our new deal checklist
    • Ensuring that these tasks are completed or updated on a daily basis
  • Join a daily standup with the entire sales team
  • Complete and communicate a daily progress report to your manager and the sales team


Skills/Requirements:


  • 3+ years experience in project management
  • 3+ years experience in a project management system (Asana, Basecamp, Trello, Jira, etc.)
  • Proficient in Google Suite 
  • Extremely organized with a strong attention to detail
  • Excellent Customer Service skills and enjoys interacting with customers and team members
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Ability to communicate effectively, reporting on progress on a daily basis 
  • Must be trustworthy and dependable; bringing diligence and strong work ethic every day
